8055647f34 * remove panel hidding functions (comment in) 
* remove ps calls from DE. Now processes are reading from /proc
* remove qdbus calls from DE. Now mpris information is reading using
  native DBus functions
* update graphicalitem in KDE4

TODO:
* widgets resizing
* tests and optimizations
* update DE configuration for KDE4 package
