migrate to anorm

I'm tired of ORM and would like to write clear sql requests. The
following wrappers were checked:
* doobie - cats api which is useless in this project
* scalike - can't work with sqlite at all
* anorm - awful api
* something also

Anorm fits more than any other my criteria so I migrated to it with
native hikaricp usage
